This notice explains how OmniBase Tech & Corporate Services collects, uses and protects your personal data, under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
What we collect
What you send us on WhatsApp or by email: your name, phone number, email address, business details, and the files you share for your project, such as your logo, photos and text.
This website
This website has no forms, sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, to run and protect the site.
Why we use it
- To reply to you and prepare your quote.
- To build and look after your website, system or marketing.
- To send invoices and keep the business records the law requires.
Who we share it with
Only the providers we need for your project, such as hosting, domain registrars and, for marketing clients, the ad platforms. We also share it when the law requires us to. We never sell your data. Some of these providers, such as our hosting provider and WhatsApp, store data outside Malaysia.
How long we keep it
For as long as your project needs it, and after that for as long as Malaysian law requires us to keep business records.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent. Email admin@omnibasetech.com. We reply to a request to see your data within 21 days.
When you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy policy also applies to that message.

We may update this notice. The version on this page, with its date, is the current one.
