Quotes

Every project has a fixed quote before work starts. It lists what is included and the price. The price does not change unless you ask for something the quote does not cover.

Payment for websites and business systems

• A 50% deposit before work starts.
• The remaining 50% before the website or system goes live.

All prices are in Malaysian ringgit (RM).

Digital marketing

• The monthly fee is billed at the start of each month.
• The minimum term is 3 months. After that, you can stop at the end of any paid month.
• One-off setup RM 299, free when we build your website. Ad spend is paid by you, directly to Meta, TikTok or Google.

Revisions and extra work

Website packages include the revision rounds listed on their pricing page; for other work, the quote sets them. Extra changes, or new work the quote does not cover, are quoted first and done only once you agree to the price.

Your content

You supply your logo, photos, text and business details (text, unless your package includes copywriting), and you confirm you have the right to use what you supply. We are not responsible for the accuracy of content you supply.

Ownership

Your data, and the accounts and pages opened in your business's name, are always yours. The website or system we built for you becomes yours once the final payment is made. Third-party parts such as hosting, fonts, plugins and payment gateways stay under their own providers' terms.

Domain and hosting

First year of domain and hosting included with every website package; renews yearly at cost.

Third-party platforms

Hosting, domain registrars, WhatsApp, payment gateways and the ad platforms (Meta, TikTok and Google) are run by other companies. We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes or decisions about your accounts. Ad results depend on many things outside our control, so we cannot promise a set number of enquiries or sales.

Liability

Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost business.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page, with its date, applies to quotes accepted from that date.
