Refund & Cancellation Policy

We sell services, not goods, so there is nothing to return. This policy explains how to cancel and what is refunded.

How to cancel

Tell us by WhatsApp +6019 494 7502 or email admin@omnibasetech.com. The date we receive your message is the cancellation date.

If work has not started, you get a full refund of what you paid.
If work has started, we keep the deposit to cover the work already done, and refund anything you paid beyond it.
Once the website or system has gone live, the work is complete and payments are not refunded.

The minimum term is 3 months. If you stop before it ends, the rest of the 3 months is still due.
After that, you can stop at the end of any paid month. Tell us before the next month starts.
The RM 299 setup fee is refunded in full if we have not started setting up your accounts, and not after that.
A month that has already started is not refunded.
Ad spend is paid by you directly to Meta, TikTok or Google, so any refund of it is between you and that platform.

Domain and hosting fees already paid to the providers cannot be refunded, because the providers do not refund them.

Refunds go back to the account you paid from, in Malaysian ringgit (RM).
